Shipping Policy

Shipping is free for Singapore orders S$50 and above. For Singapore orders under S$50, delivery fee is S$6. 

Shipping is free for international orders S$150 and above.

For orders within Singapore, delivery takes 2 to 4 working days.
For international orders, delivery takes 5 to 15 working days.

International orders may be subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order, which will be borne by the customer/receiver.

Orri Sleep is not liable for the postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees incurred once the order has been placed. This could include but not limited to the recipient rejecting a parcel due to import duties or taxes, or if a recipient is uncontactable and our shipping partners are unable to deliver the parcel.

During sale and festive seasons, there may be a delay in deliveries due to the high volume of orders.
